Conecta levantamiento, proyecto, coordinaci\u00f3n, documentaci\u00f3n, construcci\u00f3n, comisionamiento, operaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de activos mediante informaci\u00f3n digital trazable e interoperable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El concepto es m\u00e1s amplio que BIM. BIM es una de las capacidades centrales de la ingenier\u00eda digital, pero la arquitectura puede incluir CDE, GIS, Reality Capture, nubes de puntos, Digital Twin, automatizaci\u00f3n, APIs, analytics, IoT e inteligencia artificial. Tambi\u00e9n es diferente de simplemente digitalizar documentos: convertir PDF o planos en archivos electr\u00f3nicos no crea un flujo digital integrado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La evoluci\u00f3n puede entenderse en cuatro etapas: ingenier\u00eda basada en documentos; ingenier\u00eda modelada digitalmente; ingenier\u00eda orientada a datos; e ingenier\u00eda aumentada por inteligencia artificial. El valor aparece cuando la informaci\u00f3n deja de ser solo un entregable y pasa a sustentar decisiones, automatizaciones y continuidad a lo largo del ciclo de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 caracteriza la ingenier\u00eda digital<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ingenier\u00eda digital no se define por una herramienta espec\u00edfica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se caracteriza por la existencia de un <strong>hilo digital<\/strong> \u2014 digital thread \u2014 que conecta requisitos, modelos, documentos, decisiones, revisiones, ejecuci\u00f3n y datos del activo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Informaci\u00f3n estructurada<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Objetos, c\u00f3digos, propiedades y metadatos permiten interpretaci\u00f3n por software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fuente confiable<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estados, revisiones y aprobaciones deben ser controlados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Interoperabilidad<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los datos deben circular entre aplicaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Automatizaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las rutinas repetitivas pueden ejecutarse mediante reglas, scripts, APIs o Modelos, planos, datos de activos y automatizaciones pueden revelar informaci\u00f3n sensible de infraestructura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Identidad, autenticaci\u00f3n, m\u00ednimo privilegio, segregaci\u00f3n por proyecto y logs deben formar parte de la arquitectura digital.
