Legacy systems without documentation, obsolete equipment, weak maintenance contracts, integration failures, lack of testing, and operational liabilities may not appear in a superficial analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is where <strong>technical due diligence<\/strong> creates value. But the result of due diligence should not be merely a list of problems.
