To procure safely, the owner needs to define scope and criteria before competition, qualify experience and team, compare architecture and licensing, level interfaces, require FAT\/SAT\/commissioning, and clearly establish documentation, file ownership, access, support, and acceptance criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
